We are now looking for 2 temporary staffing planners for the Employer Unit.
The Employer Unit at Kalix Municipality consists of four functions; HR, Payroll, Occupational Health Services, and Staffing. The unit is a support function that assists the organization with strategic, operational, and administrative support within the personnel administrative area. The Employer Unit is located in Kalix Municipal Administration at Nygatan 4 in central Kalix and is led by the HR manager of Kalix Municipality.

Your tasks
As a staffing planner, you have a central role in Kalix Municipality's competence supply. In your work as a staffing planner, you will work with the tools Time Care Pool and Time Care Planning, and your main tasks are to ensure that bookings of substitutes from the organization's units are filled. In this role, you will also have close contact with our hourly substitutes, whom you communicate with regarding employment contracts, bookings, and other matters concerning their employment in Kalix Municipality. The work also involves providing guidance to managers and orderers in the Time Care tools. Part of your work may also involve being responsible for reviewing and publishing job advertisements in the IT tool Talent Recruiter. With the help of the IT tool WinLas, you will answer managers' and supervisors' questions regarding employment periods and certain labor law issues concerning, among other things, the right to re-employment.

The staffing function consists of three staffing planners and one staffing administrator. You will also collaborate closely with the other functions of the Employer Unit: HR and Payroll.

We are looking for
We are looking for someone with a high school education. Experience working with the IT tools Time Care Pool, Time Care Planning, and/or experience in staffing work with other IT tools is highly meritorious, especially from work within municipal operations. You should enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment while also collaborating closely with managers and orderers to prioritize and make decisions in matters. The work involves many points of contact, and we are looking for someone who is engaged, solution-focused, and has an easy time building good relationships, which is why we place great emphasis on personal qualities.

The position involves a lot of work with IT tools and communication in speech and writing, so we prefer that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language and that you are accustomed to and enjoy working with IT tools.

The Municipal Management Administration is under the municipal board and includes the Employer Unit, the Economic Unit, the IT Unit, the Business Unit, the Service and Communication Unit, and the Security Unit.
The administrative work is led by the municipal director who reports directly to the political leadership. The work of the Municipal Management Administration is based on a common municipal value base and is responsible for much of the service to, among others, the internal and political organization.

Kalix Municipality is an administrative area for Finnish and meänkieli. Knowledge of these languages is meritorious.
